VICTORY ROSTER

The time had finally come for young Victoria Lyons, and it had to be now or never if she wanted to become a champion, a real champion. Not being given a paltry medallion in some company that was barely able to tread water. This was her time to take the lead and not being forced to support her brother has he wins real championships of his own. Nobody would call her “Vincents Twin Sister” anymore, it was time for Vincent to become “Victorias Twin Brother”.
Proudly, she walks around The Lyons Den as if she owns the place, which her family actually does so Head Trainer Keevee Kaiser can do little to nothing about it. Still, despite the attitude of both the twins these days, he still wants to see them succeed. He still sees them as his students, and wants to see them be the best they can be, the same as Eddie, Cleo, Alex and the rest of the motley crew he’s responsible for unleashing onto the wrestling world.
Hoping he can get through to her, or at least have some advice sink in ahead of her big match, he’s managed to sit her down for a quick talk, she may have only agreed just for her own entertainment, but Keevee wasn’t worried about that, at least he had her ears for the moment.
“So, big championship match coming up.” he said to Victoria, as she sat on the edge of the ring apron. “How are you feeling?”
“Like I’m going to win of course” she said with an arrogant tone, “I am going to finally be a champion for this place, the ONLY champion for this place.”
“Well Cleo has her rematch coming up in a few weeks, but I see your point.” he said, “You, for at least a few weeks could very well be the only champion at The Lyons Den, but are you really ready to be a champion?”
She raised an eyebrow at him, “Of course I am. I’ve been ready. It’s time the spotlight is put on me around here and not any of my family members or your little golden goose Cleo Phillips.” she snarled back, “Twenty twenty-three is going to be the year of Victoria Lyons, and it all begins with the Victory championship.”
“That may be, but do you understand what being a champion means?” asked Keevee
“Power.” Victoria replied, “It will give me the power I need, allowing more people to follow my vision and prove that I am in fact a strong leader.”
“But that’s not all...” Keevee began
“No, I don’t need to hear any rah-rah speech from you.” she said hopping down and standing in her trainers face, “So save it for Eddie or Cleo, because I can handle myself. The next time you see me, I’ll have a championship with me.”
“Well, I hope your right.” said Keevee, disappointment showing in his tone. The man really just wanted the best for all his students, and hoped that maybe Victoria would soak in some advice, at least a little.
“I always am.” she smirked in his face, as she bopped him on the nose before walking away “Good try tho…sensei”
She said sensei with the most condescending of tones, showing her trainer a true lack of respect. The young girl he watched grow up while being trained by her father had truly changed into someone else, or perhaps something else. Either way she was certainly dangerous, and if Angel continued to not pay her proper attention, it could be disastrous for the Victory champion. After the last show however, Angel should definitely be aware of who The Head Lyoness is, and that’s…
The Next Victory Champion.

An abandoned ruin sets the scene, broken pillars remenant of ancient Greece. Here Victoria Lyons stands in front of a toppled winged-statue, she looks back at the statue with a smile, before her attention is back on the camera.
“I do hope you got my message last time Angel.” said Victoria, “Because unlike the others you faced before, I do know how dangerous you are, but I think you have yet to realize how dangerous I am. We are alike in many ways, but one of the main differences between us? At my compound…I’m the one in charge.”
She giggles to herself.
“I found some solace in the fact you were as disgusted with Alexander Hate as I was.” she continued, “The man is truly foolish, and not with time from either of us. I chose to defeat you, because I wanted to defeat the opponent that mattered, not the one that was way to easy to outsmart. Now you should be more prepared for my carnage.”
She speaks with more determination and fire than we’ve seen before, she knows whats on the line and wants to make it clear that Angel is in for one of the biggest fights in her career.
“I suppose we’re going to see if Angels can fly.” she continued sarcasm in her tone, “Or from your eyes you’ll probably say something about seeing if this kitty can land on her feet or something to that effect. We can go down the list of cute little phrases, but they won’t help either of us walk out the winner will it? We’re going to have to go to war, and one of us is going to have to take a quite literal fall, and I’m afraid your time as Victory champion is about to com to it’s end.”
She takes a few steps back, to sit on a piece of the broken statue.
“It’s time for a true leader to rise Angel” she continued, “It’s nothing personal, it’s just what these people need. You have to understand I’m here to make change, and I just want to create a better world for all of us. If I have that championship, more people will look to me as their leader, and more people will join my family, more people will join The Pride. We are STRONGER TOGETHER after all, and taking home the Victory championship would help further our cause to start over and create a better world for all of us.”
A fire grew in her eyes, as her words continued to get filled with more intensity.
“It’s a world that threw people like us away isn’t it Angel?” Victoria continued, “They turned people like us into what we are, and now they shun people like us because they know what they did, and they’re embarrassed. Well I’m taking a stand and I’m fighting back.”
She smiles a bit,and runs her fingers along the body of the statue, her mind rummaging through her next thoughts.
“All I want is proper unity, but so may want to keep us distracted and divided so we fight each other and now the real enemy.” Victoria continued, “I don’t consider you an enemy Angel, you’re a victim just as much as I am. A victim of a society that has failed. We can’t handle the very advances we created and have let them consume us to the point that so many lack basic life skills. Humanity can’t go on at this rate, we need to destroy the Homosapien.”
She rises again, and paces around the rubble as she continues.
“Then we shall rise as a new, stronger form of human.” she said proudly, “A world where we can try again, and do better this time. Where people like us can be the leaders. Doesn’t that sound grand Angel? Don’t you want to make the rest of the world understand that the darkness is beautiful once you learn to embrace it?”
A sinister laugh leaves her lips, as she just stands there eerily.
“It does to me, a world free from the watchful eyes of Big Brother, where we don’t have to worry about some archaic system designed to keep the people oppressed.” Victoria continued, “I am going to expose all the crooked ways they run this country, but in order to get people to listen, I NEED that championship.”
She sighs, a rather angry sigh.
“I need it because people will listen to a champion.” she explained “Even the ones they hate, because people understand that they had to become a champion somehow, so perhaps there is some weight to what they have to say. That Victory championship belongs in my hands, it belongs with The Pride and I will cast you down below, just like the fallen angel you desire being.”
She takes in a deep breath, feeling almost orgasmic as she thinks about watching Angel fall off the scaffold.
“I just feel it in my soul, this is finally my time.” she said, “I’ve had to watch almost everyone else from my school win championships before me. My brother, my cousin, a literal felon, but now it’s my turn. I have finally found my calling, and I have my sweet friend NOVA to thank for that.”
She smiles, sitting back down and tilting her head slightly.
“Oh did you think I was coming alone?” she said, “Of course Vincent won’t be up there with us, but NOVA is always with me. She speaks to me. When I was at my lowest, she came to me in a vision and guided me to the darkness. She helped turn me from just another blonde bimbo into The Head Lyoness you see before you, and now she’s going to guide me to the Victory championship, so I can spread her message to the Sheeple of my Pride.”
She says nothing for a few seconds, just twirls her hair a bit and bites on some of her fingers like a fucking creep.
“She’ll be up there with us, she lives within me” Victoria giggled, “You’ll be able to look into my eyes and know it’s her, but by the time you realize it, it’ll be too late and you will have already begun your descent, and my rise will have only just begun.”
She darts her eyes back to the camera again with a creepy, but somewhat seductive look on her face.
“I did appreciate your words of praise going into the last show.” Victoria continued, “But I think you understand as well as I do that once the bell rings, you will be nothing more than an obstacle to me, the obstacle in my way of becoming Victory champion, and as alike as we both may be, only one of us can emerge victorious and I will stop at nothing to make sure that person is me, but you know that don’t you? You’re not as stupid as the rest of them. This is the end for you Angel, you will look back up at the scaffold and there I will still be standing, like Simba atop Pride Rock and you will….”
She pauses for just a moment.
“HEAR ME ROAR!!”
__________
Back on her commune, aptly named The Pridelands. Victoria prepares for another sermon, the small gathering of people are served drinks as they gather to hear her lesson for the day, and the reveal of the third tenant in the manifesto.
“Please be seated and we shall begin.” she says proudly.
She watched as they all obediently took their seats, the numbers were still low but that would change once she captured the Victory Championship, she was sure of it.
“NOVA has given me the third tenant” she began, “But do we all remember the first two? Remember, Number one, NOVAs word is final. Number two. No smart phones or any communicable device in which they may be watching. Remember that NOVA does allow minimal use of such devices by Elders only, for everyone's safety of course.”
She pauses, scanning the crowd as if looking for someone or just observing them all.
“Now, tenant three is designed to help all of us.” she said, “Tenant three, Only use the on-site or other Elder approved doctor for medical needs.”
Her eyes scan the crowd again
“That means we need to find our medic, and it could be one of you. Nalaite Amanda will be taking applications over the next week.” she continued, “But why can’t we use our regular doctors you ask?”
She looked around and gave an understanding nod.
“It’s because your current doctor doesn’t care about your health.” she explained, “You are a customer to them, they want you to keep coming back. So they need to to stay sick, they need you to stay in pain. They need you to rely on them, because what happens if you do actually get better? Well that’s a customer lost for them, and that isn’t in their interest.”
She takes another moment, to watch, and make sure they’re listening.
“All they’ll do is pump you full of various different drugs that might make feel good for a while, but they don’t ever cure you do they?” Victoria continued, “We will follow a holistic approach, and heal ourselves through spirit and energy therapy. That is the only way to be complete of body and mind.”
The crowd nods, listening intently to her every word.
“What a wonderful day yes?” she says gleefully, “Our movement has only just begun, but were getting a little steam behind us now and once I bring home the Victory Championship, it will be full steam ahead for all of us here at The Pridelands.”
The crowd claps in adulation for their Head Lyoness.
“Our movement will be heard, and I will be your voice, together we take a stand together we will rise up and together we will be victorious!” she exclaims, “Because why? We because we are in fact…..”
On cue, the crowd responds accordingly in unison.
“STRONGER TOGETHER!!”
She nodded with a smile. Looking down at them again. This was going to be her time, she could feel it. She was finally settling into herself now, and nothing was going to stop her from bringing home the Victory Championship. She had people counting on her, and more importantly she couldn’t disappoint NOVA, or else she might be the one getting punished for failure, and even she didn’t know what that sort of failure might entail.
__________
Late at night, or perhaps in the early hours of the morning Victoria sought advice, not from her trainer but from the only one she would take advice from, the one who had helped guide her this far, she needed to talk to NOVA.
She sat alone in her room, only a small amount of candles illuminate the room, she looks at a small mirror on the desk as she calls out.
“Are you there NOVA? It’s me Victoria.” she called out.
After a moment of silence, she heard a voice call back to her.
“Preparing to bring home a championship yes?”
“I am.” she nodded, “ This could be the biggest win of my career, and having that belt will help me spread your message even further.”
“You understand I won’t accept failure. Fail, and there will be punishment.”
“I understand.” Victoria nodded, “And I will take whatever pain must be dished upon me should I fail in this mission. But is there anything guidance you can give me?”
“Remember that anyone who isn’t us is the enemy. As much as we like the similarities we share with Angel, she isn’t one of us, and she isn’t the type to be subservient so she must fall with the rest of them.”
“Oh she’s gonna fall alright.” Victoria laughed
“I believe in you, that’s why I have chosen you as my vessel, as my voice. Prove to me I chose correctly.”
“I will NOVA, I will.” replied Victoria
“See to it that you do. I want blood, I want carnage and I want suffering. But most importantly, I want Victory, and even more importantly, I want the Victory Championship. I will have this, whether you win or lose, understand?
“Yes.” Victoria replied quickly, “Angel is the enemy, and for this she must be dealt with. I am the one that needs to hold that Victory championship because I am the one with a message, and I need my vision to be heard.”
“Our vision”
“Yes” agreed Victoria, “Our vision. It’s time that I take my rightful place at the top of the division, and make sure everyone is forced to listen to us.”
“Now, go out there, and spill some blood, and cause carnage like I taught you.”
“I will.” she said one last time, smiling back at her own reflection, before blowing our the candles, one last whisper calls to her.
“......Victory.” __________
