She wasn’t secure in herself; that insecurity manifested in many areas of her life. Perhaps all of it has warped her brain in certain ways. But professional wrestling? It was always her escape. Although it took awhile, all the violence and shenanigans of the sport helped .PAAK find herself. Who is .PAAK, you might ask? She’s a little crazy. She’s a little silly. ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION
The low buzz of the crowd is audible as the lights in the arena begin dim down to an extremely low level. The venue’s screen fills with static a few moments later. That static is quickly replaced by a raging fire. A figure starts to emerge from that blaze. Each step brings them closer. The figure is revealed to be a woman. Soot covers her body, along with various cuts and scrapes. But there’s a smirk on her face. Leans in really closely and utters a phrase:

Aimer’s sultry voice begins to flood the arena as the screen switches to highlight footage from some of .PAAK’s most famous matches. .PAAK finally emerges from the back just as “I Beg You” begins to ramp up. Two golden lights shine down from the rafters and illuminate her. It isn’t long before she cracks a similar smirk as the woman in the video.
.PAAK soaks up all the attention and waves to various members of the audience as she slowly strolls towards the ring. Upon reaching the steps, she walks up and lands on the apron. .PAAK quickly turns her head towards the camera. She flaunts another smirk and a wink before she steps through the ropes. .PAAK sheds her ring jacket as she reaches her corner. She then cracks her neck and gets ready for battle.

BIOGRAPHY
To understand .PAAK, you’ve got to understand her past and upbringing. Her parents? They worked as rice harvesters in South Korea. They weren’t the most wealthy, but they worked extremely hard. And when her mother figured out that she had a bun in the oven? Their money matters didn’t get any better. .PAAK’s mother was forced to give up her harvesting position when she was born. That certainly put a dent in their income. Their funds were cut even shorter when two of the city’s major rice farms were forced to shut down.
After toiling for a good while, .PAAK’s father grew tired living with little money. He wanted to make a better way for his family and family to be. How did he plan to accomplish that? Move to Japan. He reached out to some of his contacts and lined up a potential job. All he seemingly had to do was get his family over there. .PAAK’s parents scrounged up all the money they could in order to make the great journey.
That couple had grand dreams. Unfortunately, the luster of those dreams wore off almost immediately. That job that .PAAK’s father had lined up? It fell through. Once again, the family found themselves with no money and a hungry baby. Father attempted to find work, but he wasn’t accepted in that new foreign land. He and his family stayed on the streets for a couple of weeks. That is until .PAAK’s parents did the unthinkable…
.PAAK was sold away for a medium sum of money. She was still extremely young at the time. The people and organization that took her in raised her from that young age. Her parents? She never heard from them again. She wondered about them a lot as a child, but those thoughts faded away as time went on.
At the age of fourteen, .PAAK was introduced to the sport of professional wrestling. She was taught by the best instructors and teachers that money could buy. With the aid of Raiden Himura, her caretaker, she began hitting the road and wrestling throughout Japan. Her travels helped her build a reputation as quite a tough cookie.
.PAAK and Raiden ventured out to the United States for the first time in 2015. There, she worked for a promotion called Visionaries of Wrestling. Although her stint in the company was short, she was quite successful. Though, a good majority of her buzz was garnered in Australia and Japan.
