As the opening beat to 'Sanjuro' begins to play over the speakers and echoing throughout the arena as it erupts the crowd, a singular spotlight separates itself from the rest and shines down onto the entrance curtain. With the spotlight shun down onto the stage, the figure of Jason Long steps out from behind the curtain to a loud ovation, with a large smile resting on his face as he stops at the top of the ramp, looking out to the fans in the crowd and nodding his head. Jason looks out to the crowd, keeping that smile on his face as he stands at the top of the ramp with his arms stretched out wide, soaking in all of the cheers that rain down onto him. Flames shoot up each side of The King as raises his leg and slam his foot down to the metal floor, setting off the large explosion of pyrotechnics behind him and allowing the crowd to enjoy the view.

Jason makes his way down the ramp, hitting the hands of every fan that reach out to him, as he looks into the ring and sees his opponent- a smile growing on his face as he touches down at ringside and circles around the ring, sliding across the ring apron on his right knee before turning his body and looking out to the crowd. Jason stands up on the ring apron, leaning back against the ropes and keeping his right arm along the top rope as he points out to the crowd and hastily makes his way into the ring and into the closest corner to him where he leaps onto the second rope. Jason places his left foot on the top rope as he stretches his arms out once again and mouths to the crowd to hype them up, letting out a loud "YEAH!" to the crowd as he brings his arms down, slips out of his black leather jacket, throwing it down to the ringside crew and climbing up to the top rope before doing a backflip down to the mat where he nails the perfect landing. Jason turns to face his opponents and then backs himself into the corner.
WHY THEY COMPETEConstant validation, actual recognition. As much as he might not seem like such, he’s still as passionate as ever to wrestle as fairly as he can– but all he could focus on right now is to finally clean himself up, to save himself from the voices inside of his head that are constantly trying to push him over the edge, and to stand at the top with the spotlight shining down onto him. He wants to be accepted as the best that there ever is, he wants to be awarded as the greatest that there is right now, even if it means holding the championships or not, it’s what he seeks– it’s what motivates him to fight.

GIMMICKFor five years, Jason Long had done it all– he is the standard bearer of this sport. Accomplished everything that needed to be accomplished, achieved everything that needed to be achieved, he’s in a moment where he feels as if he has nothing else to prove to wrestling but to compete out of his own entertainment. Through the thrill of competing against some of the best in the world, his passion for this sport is the only thing that is keeping him going to this very day. To have those main level matches, to have those blood feuds, to have moments that many will remember– that is what Jason Long wants.
RING PSYCHOLOGY (IN-RING ATTITUDE)Jason relies on his aerial abilities a lot in his matches, it's hard to keep him down on the mat or he'll be flying through the air and attacking his opponents at any angle. Jason has also been keen to use more stiff attacks to the head or torso area, he aims to either knock out the opponent or leave them near unconscious as he lands his finisher. He's been complimented for having a very strong amount of speed and charisma that is unmatched by anyone else.

ATTITUDE TOWARDS CHEATINGIt’s a very rare occasion for Jason to pull out any kind of cheating move, and if he were to, he’ll only do it if provoked enough or to fire back against someone that is already using underlying tactics against him.
STRENGTHSAn aerial master. Jason was always condemned to be an aerial master in the ring, through his work he's found to always be in the air performing some sort of move. His matches were always unique, always performing an awe-inspiring move at some point in the match that'll get the crowd excited and pumped up.
A master of countering. Jason always knows how to break out of something, and makes it look good. He brings an unique style of countering into the game, finding new ways to break out of holds or submissions etc.
The shooter. Jason tends to go heavy on his striking power, landing kicks mainly to the torso or to the head. If he's not preparing you for his finish, he'll damn near kill you- or more so knock you out cold. If it's a strength to have the hardest striking game in the business, he ranks at the top, and nobody can come close to it.
WEAKNESSESA very cocky motherfucker. Of course, when you're someone like Jason, you get to be a tad bit cocky in your own right. An ego has built over the years for Jason, and it gets bigger from there. Sometimes, his own ego can cost him a lot, and even when he finally realizes it- it's too late.
Zero care for his own well-being. When he gets too into a fight, he'll go into a mode where he'll throw his body at anything. The King has been through wars with many men, he has left himself in a river of his own blood, he has left himself with scars and bruises. Does he care if he puts his body on the line for the win or even the loss? Not a fucking chance.
Taken to the ground. Jason hates being grounded at any point, he despises it. His in-ring games involve him taking to the skies and if he's grounded, he cannot use those to his advantage.
