ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION
Guitars begin over what sounds like a low chanting. It is not long before the stringed instruments overtake the harmony. Most of the lights in the arena go to some shade of blue while particles begin to fall from above the stage, giving the illusion of snow drifting down in the hue of the lights' glow. The Icelandic lyrics of Sólstafir's "Silfur-Refur" are rasping out now as Nathaniel Cartwright, the Winter Wraith, comes out to the top of the ramp. Bare-chested, wearing a jacket with a fur-lined hood raised up, most of his body laden with tattoos, Nathaniel stops at the top of the ramp, his hands in his pockets.
The 'snow' ceases to fall, at which point he grins slightly under the hood and starts down to the ring, drawing taped hands from his pockets. He moves with extreme grace, leaping easily to the apron and vaulting over the top rope, landing in roll and coming up into a crouch mid-ring. Again the 'snow' starts to fall, this time over the ring as the lights converge now on his position. The Winter Wraith, hood still up, knelt on one knee, spreads his arms wide and looks up toward the 'snow', his hood falling back. His eyes close for a moment and then he rises, shrugging out of the jacket and tossing it aside before backing, with deliberate carefulness, into a corner to await the bell.
ALIGNMENT
(SELECT ONE -- for information, refer to CHARACTER ALIGNMENT)
TRUE NEUTRAL
GIMMICK
Nathaniel is a peculiar person, which says little and much at the same time. When it comes to wrestling, it is a pleasant diversion for him and little else, yet he holds to a personal maxim of putting one's all into any vocation regardless of its nature, and thus he puts his all into wrestling for however long his budding career may last. As such, he has fashioned himself a character and he lives that character to the hilt at all times, leading some to wonder where the character ends and the man begins, or if such a possibility even exists. Nathaniel walks a distinct line, yet most people see that line only from one side or the other, and he revels in this dichotomous perception, using it to his advantage whenver he can to help compensate for his rookie-level wrestling acumen.
RING PSYCHOLOGY (IN-RING ATTITUDE)
True to his gimmick, Nathaniel will try to put an opponent off-guard with anything at his disposal, be it a chilling stare, a strange smile or just the way he moves about the ring so fluidly. He seeks to win the mental battle with the same drive that most put only into the physical battle, knowing that success in one can lead to success in the other. When he goes on the attack, he aims to immobilize or weaken his opponent by attacking their joints and major muscle areas, employing hit-and-run tactics as though he were a hunter taking down big game solo.
WRESTLING STYLE
(SELECT A MAX OF TWO)
TECHNICAL: Your character is well versed in various holds, takedowns and suplexes - giving them a strong, mat based style.
ROOKIE: Isn't totally excelling at wrestling yet and will make mistakes -- but they have heart and will do their best.

WEAKNESSES
1. Considerably Inexperienced

ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT DO
Despite his peculiar nature and antics, Nathaniel is neither a violent nor vicious person. He will only exert as much force as is necessary to win and will not overstep those bounds. If an opponent becomes injured, he will no longer attack and may, in fact, try to help them even if it is to his detriment. The only way he will break the rules is if his opponent does first, 'balancing' things in accodrance with his True Neutral alignment. He also considers managers and the like off-limits; he will not go after them.

BIOGRAPHY
Nathaniel was born and raised in Iceland by his parents, who currently still live there in his hometown of Hafnarfjoerdur. At the age of twenty, he decided to move to Canada with his parents' blessing and has lived in Montreal, or near enough to it, ever since. During his childhood, he was home-schooled by his mother, learning the standard subjects of reading, writing, math, science and the like. His father, however, taught him how to survive. Many a trip was taken into the frozen wilderness of Iceland, where Nathaniel was taught how to live off the land but more importantly (to him) how to respect and "listen" to nature. As such, Nathaniel has a great affection for the outdoors, the wilder the land, the more he likes it. To this day he often leaves the comfort of the city to go into the woods for weeks on end and enjoy the peace and solitude.
Prior to deciding to enter wrestling, Nathaniel worked several minor jobs back home in Iceland. Upon moving to Canada, he lived as a dock worker, eventually becoming a foreman, his fast rise due to his work ethic. He also found a passion for tattoos, covering most of his body in them while also designing and administering them to customers at the Adrenaline parlor in Montreal. After a few years, he was discovered and offered a role in the MSS Productions sereis, Afterlife, as Miles Wright, a role that has earned him some notoriety for his portrayal and more than a few fans. In the midst of this, he found love with one Melissa Reed, their burgeoning relationship a considerable source of joy for the young man, to the point that, with his earnings from Afterlife, they have created a home together on a piece of wooded property to the north of Montreal.
Several months ago, he decided to train for wrestling even though he had no idea where he would end up plying his new trade. Between his acting schedule and the continuing growth and remodeling of his home, Nathaniel became versed enough in the basics of wrestling to start seriously looking for a company to sign with. Upon hearing of Pro Wrestling Excellence, he decided that his new pursuit should begin with an equally-new company, and thus he applied to make his debut with the company, Melissa coming along as his manager for support.
