As Saliva's "Ladies and Gentlemen" first lyrics peal out, the tune winding up for the first burst of the chorus, spotlights start sweeping the dimmed arena. Purple lights glow from beneath the stage, illuminating a feminine silhouette belonging to the Sorceress Supreme, Zoey Madigan-Star! She tips her hat forward a little as she steps out of the smoke, twirling her steel wand deftly in one hand in full magician's regalia. She stops at the top of the ramp and bows deeply to the cheering fans before sweeping off her hat and spreading her arms wide. Sparks fire from the tip of her wand as glittering pyro scatters down from above, creating a bright backdrop behind her!

"Welcome to the show...
Please come inside...

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!

(BOOM) Do you want it?!

(BOOM) Let me hear it!

Back on goes the hat, tilted just so, as Zoey makes her way down to the ring, greeting the fans happily and even pausing with a few for a quick cell phone picture or to surprise them with a little something from her wand, be it a flower or even a t-shirt! As she reaches the ring, though, she puts her game face on, tapping the steps firmly with her wand and causing smoke to rise up from beneath them, enveloping her briefly. When the smoke fades, she is gone, a moment later appearing within more smoke inside of the ring, except now she's in her wrestling gear instead of her magician's gear! Another wave and bow is given to the fans before Zoey moves into her corner, bouncing on her heels, eager to get the match underway.

GIMMICK

Zoey is a stage magician and brings her sense of showmanship to wrestling while very much marching to the beat of her own drum. She lives to bring smiles and joy to her audience, yet knows there is a time and place for putting on a show and making a statement. Having had a year off from the business, Zoey returns fresh and healthy. She also returns with greater maturity and a different outlook; having achieved all that she dreamed of and more in her first run, she is far more relaxed due to less personal pressure put on herself. Able to wrestle simply for the joy of it all means that her former mental and emotional baggage is all but non-existent. It will be the first time that the wrestling world has seen a Zoey Madigan-Star who is wrestling utterly and completey for herself.

RING PSYCHOLOGY

Despite her personal feelings about them, Zoey is respectful and mindful of her opponents' abilities in the ring. She is devoid of arrogance and thus the mistakes that come with it, though her temper in extreme duress can get the better of her; such an occurrence is very rare. Typically her focus is on flustering her opponent with her speed, flexibility and striking power and then, when they are off-kilter, to grind them down with grappling and submissions before putting them away. If she is seeking a submission victory, she will focus most of her attack on an opponent's arm.

1. She's Got Moves - Zoey prides herself on her stamina and flexibility. Many years of dancing and gymnastics, and the training routines that came with them, remain incorporated into her exercise regimen, allowing her to remain limber and full of energy when some opponents might be gassed. Twisting out of holds, evading them and more, Zoey excels at using her earned gifts to frustrate opponents.

2. Body of Knowledge - As a trained physical therapist working on her degree in kinesiology, Zoey knows intimately how the human body works. She can heal it and, in equal masure, she can hurt it as well. If an opponent is hurt, she will recognize it and use it against them (within the rules, of course).

3. An Army at Her Back - She feeds off the fans like few others, a trait that has led her to victories some never thought she could obtain. Zoey lives for the cheers and returns the energy in kind by fighting like hell to have her arm raised at the end. It is not a be-all, end-all... but a motivated Zoey is the most dangerous Zoey.

WEAKNESSES

1. Other Kinds of Strength - Zoey's physical strength is not phenomenal. All the focus put on other facets of her physical game means something will get neglected and raw power is it. She is far from weak, but she won't win many feats of strength with opponents larger than her.

1. Rightfully Proud - She has every right to be proud of her accomplishments in and out of the ring. And she IS proud. This is not used against her, per se, but something that hurts from within. Zoey hates to let people down, including herself, and this leads to her sometimes putting herself in bad situations in order to prove a point or simply that she's as good as everyone says she is.

1. No Chance Too Great - Zoey's moveset is broad and balanced, making her prepared for much of what an opponent could bring her way. But being a showman, some of those moves are very flashy... and very dangerous. In the midst of putting on the "Show of a Lifetime" she sometimes goes high-risk, and a cagey opponent can turn things against her.

ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT DO

Zoey will not cheat or otherwise break the rules. Period. Against even hated enemies she will not willfully try to hurt or injure them. However, she will think nothing of throwing herself in over her head to help a friend or partner.
