The Win Will Come

[The scene opens up and we are in a dark place, a few seconds go by and a light switches on, we are inside of a bathroom, where we see that TJ Alexander is standing in front of a mirror, TJ turns on the cold tap and splashes some water on his face. TJ is wearing a black dressing robe, as it looks as like TJ has just woken up.]


“It’s been almost two weeks now that PWE presented Annihilation, almost two weeks no where I was in a five-way street fight to become the first-ever Victory Champion, as the match went on it became more violent than anyone expected, it became too much for anyone to predict, and when the dusts settled and the bell rang, it was Lachlan Kane that walked away with the Victory Championship. He is now the first ever PWE Victory Champion and that is an achievement, congratulations are in order to Lachlan Kane. But that was then and this is now and this week, we are at Victory V – Fallout.”


[TJ splashes some more water on his face]


“This week I am against Xaria Linette and Angel, two fierce women on our roster who can more than handle themselves and in the outside world of wrestling, people would be in uproar that a man is against not just one, but two women in a sport. Hashtags would be created to stop the match, and marches and riots would occur, because outside in the real world that is what it’s like, it’s actually stupidly ridiculous. But this is wrestling and I’d be honest these two women are tough chicks. These two would probably knock any average joe out in the real world, but inside the ring, the only thing that matters is getting the W.”


[TJ turns off the cold tap]


“And since I’ve started I haven’t even picked up a win yet, I came into PWE thinking I can run the show, and steal every night, I thought that I can put on five-star-matches each and every week, but I was wrong. I didn’t realise how good everyone else is. Everyone else on the roster is good in their own way and brings something into the company, but sooner rather than later I will get my first victory, I will get that first victory and from then on I will be unstoppable. And maybe it will come this week on Victory V – Fallout when I will be in a triple threat match against Xaria Linette and Angel.”


[TJ Smirks]


“First let me direct my attention to Xaria Linette, who has a lot more years on her than I do, she has been collecting accolades and a championship for over ten years, Xaria has done a lot. That I respect but what I see is an opportunity to pick up a win against a veteran, a veteran of the ring, and that’s sometimes more weight than gold. Having the acknowledgement of beating a veteran can hold dear in people’s hearts, and it will hold closely in mine, once I beat you Xaria Linette. People will start to recognize how good I actually am.”


[TJ pauses]


“Then we have is Angel who like me started in 2021 professionally, at least we have that in common. From what I’ve seen of you Angel, your one flew over the cuckoo’s nest, you actually believe you’re a witch and very twisted. But you know what Angel you can curse yourself out of this match and do yourself a favour because I am getting my first victory this week against you or Xaria Linette, either or, I don’t care who I pin, I will be getting that W and that’s for sure.”


[TJ turns off the bathroom light as the scene ends]
